The Spooky Express & Halloween Event at Rudyard

HALLOWEEN EVENT 2012

We have had popular Halloween events at the railway for many years.

This year we are planning for the first time to run a Spooky Express in the dusk & dark to see the magical creatures that come out at night!


Watch and listen out for the ghostly figures,

See the haunted signal box,

Hear the erie sounds.

Look for the moon’s ghostly glow!

Dare you try some witches blood soup?

SPOOKY EXPRESS BOOKING & FARES

We plan to run special Spooky Express trains on  Saturday evening October 27th as dark falls

We will reserve seats and to start with a ghost story told by the witches cauldron at Rudyard station.

We will serve witches blood soup and a roll to keep the cold out and

Train times and fares have yet to de decided

Normal Halloween Trains

Our stations and trains will be decorated over the weekend October 27th & 28th 2012 as usual . You can come and ride the normal trains ( 11.00am to 4pm ) without booking in advance and at the standard fares.
